Some basic planing elements are the same no matter what the move.
- During an initial consultation we confer on how much or how little help is needed.
- MS&S assesses the needs and respects the clients wishes and expectations while determining a move time line.
- MS&S presents a proposal with client’s tasks and MOVE Strategies & Solutions tasks.
Items on a proposal might include:
- Sorting and packing
- Packing and sending special items to special people in your life
- New home floor planning and furniture placement
- Interviewing a moving company and overseeing moving day
- Unpacking your new home; plugging in your phone and electronics, so that your first night in your new home is a comfortable experience
- Staging your old home for sale
- Interviewing and referring you to other necessary professionals such as realtors, appraisers, and contractors with whom we have excellent working relationships
We help you keep a weekly schedule linking tasks to your timetable.
